Letter from Richard Clarke, Treasurer, to Henry Capper to inquire about the non-payment of subscriptions by his brother John Capper, Orientalist, who had been in Ceylon, but had returned to London, and became a Resident member but on subsequently returning to East had left without paying 2 years of subscriptions for 1854 and 1855.
