A bound volume containing copies of letters sent in the administration of the Society between the years 1823-1835 and 1846-1861. The earlier ones, covering 1823-1835, are all concerned with the finances of the Society. There is then a break in the letters until 1846, after which the correspondence covers a broader spectrum of activities.

Black and White photographs of 14 Grafton Street. These are
- Two identical photographs of the exterior, one mounted on board. The ground floor window bears the name, J. Havilland and the first floor, Guerlain. It is unknown when these photographs were taken or their source.
- Five interior photographs showing hall and stairways. These show both Havilland and Catchpole & Williams signs. The photographs are copies from the London Metropolitan Archive numbers 64/4117 - 64/4120 and 70/2063.
Connected to these photographs are two items of correspondence:
- Letter from Michael Pollock, Royal Asiatic Society Librarian, to Mr M. Scott, Senior Librarian, London Metropolitan Archives, to state that he had recently purchase 5 photographs of 14 Grafton Street from London Metropolitan Archives and seeking permission to use them, with attribution, in displays. Typed, dated 6 April 1998.
- Letter from Mick Scott, Senior Librarian, London Metropolitan Archives, to Michael Pollock, Royal Asiatic Society Librarian, to state he is happy for the photographs to be added to the Society's archive and to remind that a reproduction fee would be payable if there were used in any publication. Typed with printed letterhead, dated 28 April 1998.

- "The Penny Magazine of the Society for the Diffusion of Useful Knowledge, Vol. 10, 1841: The Royal Asiatic Society's Museum. Computer printed document of an article available on the internet, 6 pages.
Copy of Lease between Asprey & Co. Ltd and Royal Asiatic Society, giving terms and conditions for the rental of the upper floors of 22 Albemarle Street. Dated 1911 but for Lease from 20 September 1912- 20 September 1926.

Zonder titelIt appears that in 1939 the Royal Asiatic Society were looking at different options for their premises. There are two items of correspondence:
- Letter from Col. D.M.F. Hoysted, RAS Secretary, to Sir Edward Maclagan to inform that the freeholder's Solicitors have approved of the Society leasing Farm House. He encloses a financial statement and will seek Mr Perowne's advice (RAS Treasurer). Dated 14 July 1939.
- Letter from Edward Maclagan to Col. Hoysted to discuss the figures and to suggest that it doesn't go before the Committee before he has heard from Mr Perowne. Dated 15 July 1939.
Two copies of photograph of the frontage of 74 Grosvenor Street, one of which is mounted on board. Of unknown date.
This material contains underleases for rooms sublet on the Ground Floor of 56 Queen Anne Street, and selected correspondence. There is also a print block for the "Exhibition of Embroidery Then & Now" 1959 for the Embroiderers' Guild Expansion Fund. This must have been left at the premises.
