Part of Papers of the Gibb Memorial Trust

Letter from W.L. Raynes, Clerk to the Trust, to C.A. Storey to inform him that a representative of the University Press had seen Raynes' assistant and informed him that the stock is estimated at some 20 tons of flat sheets and parcels of folded sheets. Some of the packages are labelled, but others are not. They were received from Dow & Lester without order and many are in need of urgent repackaging. This cannot be provided by the Press. It was estimated that it would take 2 labourers and Storey 2-3 months to classify, re-arrange and pack the whole stock.
