              Letter from W.L. Raynes, Clerk to the Trust, to C.A. Storey to inform him that in consequence of Ellis' death certain investments are now solely vested in Nicholson. Nicholson agrees, that since Levy is not in England that Arberry and Storey's names should also be added to the investments. Raynes asks to Storey's consent to this.

              Letter from W.L. Raynes, Clerk to the Trust, to C.A. Storey to ask him to sign the enclosed cheque but also to inform that all the stock had been safely housed in boathouses at Newnham, Cambridge, from Dow & Lester in Luton. He writes concerning the difficulty of having it all delivered due to the government's requisitioning of lorries hired for transport. The government had also requisitioned the building used by Dow & Lester and ordered them to clear it.

              Letter from C.A. Storey to W.L. Raynes to state that he met Raynes' clerk when leaving the office that morning who had given him the numbers of the volumes requested by Luzac. Storey expects to be able to find these. He asks Raynes to obtain the plates for the lettering of the bindings from Dow & Lester. Once they come, he thinks the binding will be able to proceed.
