Raghunathrao Bhat (Ragho Ballal or Ragho Bharari), 18 August 1734 – 11 December 1783, was the 11th Peshwa of the Maratha Empire for a brief period from 1773 to 1774. He was also the Governor of Delhi in 1769.

"Original paper in the handwriting of Nana Furnevees (Fadnavis) and Rughoba Dada (Raghunath Rao)" In the label created by Simon Digby he suggests this may be either the instrument of treaty between the two parties dated 25 September 1767, or that of 6 August 1768. Paper in Marathi with title in English in a different hand.

Briggs' translation of the treaty between the two parties dated 25 September 1767, can be found in Secret Correspondence of the Court of the Peshwa, Madhu Rao, from the Year 1761 to 1772. Translated from Original Mahratta Letters, Transactions of the Royal Asiatic Society II, 1830, pp. 141-3, and that of 6 August 1768, pp. 148-150.
