Letter from W.E.D. Allen to Victor Karyagin, U.S.S.R. Embassy to inform him that his book is about to be published and that he would like to send advance copies to Professor Abayev and Academicians Amiranashvili and Tsereteli. Allen wishes to send these to the Embassy for them to be sent to the Soviet due to problems with postage. Letter dictated by and signed on behalf of Allen. Dated: 28 October 1970.
