Letter from W.E.D. Allen to Terence Armstrong in which he apologises for his tardiness in reply. He is pleased to hear of Armstrong's progress on the Veniaminov materials. Allen also writes that he spent a pleasant day with Sir John Galvin, but unfortunately since then Galvin had suffered from 2 heart attacks and must now take it easy. Allen has not yet written to Professor Stradius of Riga University. He writes on his plan to send copies of Russian Embassies to Russia and how he expects to receive advance copies any day.
