He writes about returning hooks to Grubb but when he returns to Cambridge. Then he writes that he will take the advice of Horace rather than the Cicero quote Manning had sent him. He asks for an introduction to Manning's brother. At the base of the page are a couple of cartoon drawings: one of a man sat at a table/desk, the other of a man with many cartoons bubbles issuing from his mouth with mathematical statements. A postscript asks for Manning to send some Cottingham cheese Handwritten, 1 piece, 1 page. Dated June [1790]
