Letter from Professor G.H. Luce to Miss Crawford, Secretary of Royal Asiatic Society, to send a copy of his lecture, including the footnotes. He asks that unless the luncheon party is fixed, may he be spared it and save his energy for the evening. He writes of the practicalities of his arrival and of dropping the photographs at the Society. He also asks whether the Society would send an invite to the Burmese Ambassador. Handwritten with printed letterhead, dated 6 January 1966.
