There are four items:

• "The Royal Asiatic Society of Great Britain and Ireland: List of Offprints from the Journal of the Society, Distributed by Fine Books Oriental Ltd" - a catalogue of available offprints with prices. Soft bound pamphlet.
• Advertising letter for the back issues of the Journal and New Publication of the Society, 1986. Typed sheet.
• "Journal of the Royal Asiatic Society: List of Articles and Sale of Surplus Back Issues", typed pamphlet listing those available, 1992.
• "Journal of the Royal Asiatic Society Back Issues" - a typed sheet to advertise back issues for 1979-1990, at 1 issue (2 parts) for £28.00, undated.

Correspondence with the Library of Tibetan Works and Archives, Kangra, Himachal Pradesh, India, regarding the obtaining of articles from past copies of the Journal for the Library, dated 24 August 1979-13 December 1979. With the correspondence is a list of articles annotated to mark which articles are required by the Library. The Society was not able to conform to the whole request but sent offprints of some articles and suggested the Library obtain a microfiche of the Journals from the Inter Documentation Company.

Letter from W.H. Allen & Co. to T.W. Rhys Davids to send a cheque for the payment of their account. Annotated by Rhys Davids to state that he had sent a receipt and asked for £50 more.

Letter from W.H. Allen & Co. to Professor T.W. Rhys Davids to make an appointment for Mr Johnstone to meet regarding the agreement between the Company and the Society.

Letter from T.W. Rhys Davids to W.H. Allen to inform the Company that the Council of the Society has decided to withdraw their business. He also requests that the company return any copies of the Journal they still possess.
