Pen and ink drawings of the decorative frieze located above the figures flanking a doorway in Cave No. 3 and of a frieze included in the decoration of the outer face veranda parapet of Cave No. 51, including annotations and unfinished drawings of some surrounding architectural features. Scale is a ft. to an inch.

Though the medal was conferred in both 1897 and 1900 the signed and sealed Declaration of Trust document which sets out the rules and regulations for the administration of both the finance and the conferment of the Medal, dates to 6th November 1900. The document is handwritten and signed by Lord Reay, President; T W Rhys Davids, Secretary; and A M Wollaston, Chairman of the Medal Committee. Large paper document.
