A set of newspaper cuttings to report on the presentation of the Gold Medal to Sir Denison Ross, most lead with the title, "Asiatic Society's Gold Medal: Presentation to Sir Denison Ross". Five cuttings for the 10 May 1935 and one for the 17th May 1935.

Correspondence regarding the presentation of "Muhammad Juki's Shahnamah of Firdausi" by Dr Barbara Brend, and "India East West: the Age of Discovery in late Georgian India as seen through the Collections of the Royal Asiatic Society, London" by Jochen Sokoly and Dr Alison Ohta. These are:

• Letter from Dr Gordon Johnson, President, Royal Asiatic Society, to the Prince of Wales to present the publications to him as a token of the Society's esteem at the continued patronage of the Society. Typed with printed letterhead, dated 27 July 2011.
• Letter from Jonathan Hellewell, Clarence House, to Dr Gordon Johnson, President, Royal Asiatic Society, to thank him, on the Prince's behalf, for sending the books.Typed with printed letterhead, dated 25 August 2011.

There is an invitation card to the Presentation of the Medal and a letter to the Private Secretary to the Secretary of State for India concerning the presentation.

In this sub-series there is a letter concerning the production of the January lecture card and an example of the Invitation.

"Preliminary handlist of transcripts of the William Claxton Peppé correspondence from the papers of Neil Peppé, Esq., prepared by Charles Allen With additions by Kathy Lazenbatt Amended and annotated by R.B. Parsons". Transcriptions originally carried out in 2008 with amendments in 2009. With these is: "What happened at Piprahwa: a chronology of events relating to the excavation in January 1898..." by Charles Allen Paper on the William Claxton Peppé Correspondence presented by Neil Peppé at the Harewood Conference in 2006.

All are typed documents, dated 2006-2009.
