The programme lists the organising Committee, the daily itinerary, and the speakers and the titles of their papers at each of the sessions. There are some handwritten annotations.

A party of Provincial Governors from Thailand spent four weeks in Britain as the guests of the Foreign Office and under arrangements made by the Central Office of Information.
