  • 'School of Oriental and African Studies: Meeting of the Forlong and Scholarships Committee to be held at the School on Thursday, 17 June 1943, at 2 p.m.' - Agenda for the meeting along with Statements of Account and, in particular, to consider the awarding of a free place on Chinese for E.S. King should be extended and for the renewal of a free place for Miss Carmen Blacker. Typed, 2 pieces.
  • Letter from T.S. Sterling, Secretary, School of Oriental and African Studies, to the Secretary, Royal Asiatic Society to send the statement of Income and Expenditure for 1942-43 to lay before the Council along with the recommendation for the selling price of Commander Isemonger's 'Elements of Japanese Writing'.
