Letter from W. Heffer & Sons Ltd. to C.A. Storey to forward two slip proofs of Chapters 1-5 and the conclusion of "Safavid Administration" by Professor Minorsky. It is hoped that this section could be typeset within two weeks. To the letter Storey has added the note "Minorsky tells me that he received the proofs on 28.2.42".

Letter from Vladimir Minorsky to C.A. Storey to ask whether Storey has a copy of a manuscript. If not Minorsky could provide a photo of the first part of it which may be helpful to Storey.

Letter from W.L. Raynes, Clerk to the Trust, to C.A. Storey to enclose a copy of a letter received from Dow & Lester from which it appears they still have some stock and brasses. With this letter is a copy of the letter from Dow & Lester Ltd. to Messrs Gibb Memorial Trust to state they have still some odd parcels to send but were keeping them in case others were found. They also have a number of blocks but cannot identify which are theirs and which are Luzac's property. They will send [pulls] of the blocks to Luzac for them to identify and will then return those belonging to the Gibb Memorial Trust.

Postcard from Vladimir Minorsky to C.A. Storey to thank Storey for the proofs and to inform they are only about halfway through.

Letter from W.L. Raynes, Clerk to the Trust, to C.A. Storey to enclose a letter from Luzac and to enquire whether he should ask Luzac to approach the Ministry of Supply. With this letter is a copy of the letter from Luzac to W.L. and E.G. Raynes regarding the binding of the books and that a concession might be made as the books are required for export which would be a means of obtaining foreign currency.

Letter from W.L. Raynes, Clerk to the Trust, to C.A. Storey to enclose a copy of a letter received from Luzac and the account from Cox & Allen for binding. He also encloses a cheque for the binding for Storey's signature. With this letter is a copy of the letter from Luzac to W.L. and E.G. Raynes to inform which volumes had been received from Cox & Allen and the volumes they still require. There is also a copy of the account from Cox & Allen.

Copy of a postcard sent by C.A. Storey to give instructions regarding folding, gathering, collating and sewing certain Volumes with the remaining flat sheets returned to the store at Mill Lane.
