Printed material collated by Raymond Head in researching the catalogue. These are:
- "The Earliest Representation of Borobudur" by J.E. van Lohuizen - de Leeuw - printed booklet.
- "Thai Manuscripts: An Exhibition in the British Library 23 January - 30 June 1983" - printed leaflet about the exhibition.
- Photocopy of a printed list of books about Persia. Has handwritten annotations and handwritten note.
- "Britain and her Buffer States, David Mclean, Royal Historical Society, 1979". Photocopy of a page from the Proceedings of the Asiatic Society concerning the designs of the Allahabad column by Captain Edward Smith.
Two photographs collected by Head in researching the Catalogue. These are: "Interior of the chamber cut in the Rock at the base of the Great Pyramid of Egypt, Drawing by Fitzclarence, Pub. in his journal facing p.460" Photograph of a hill village from the studio of Prudence Cuming Asoc. Ltd., 36 Dover Street, London.
These Papers were all produced in the compiling of the A Catalogue of the Paintings and Drawings in the Royal Asiatic Society, London. which was published by the Royal Asiatic Society in 1991. The material includes a manuscript proof, correspondence connected to the artworks of the Society, correspondence and lists for compiling the index, and notes and articles which Head collected and collated during his research.

He also believes there are none of Manning's books are in the Library, though because there is no provenance catalogue, it is possible they have some. However there are no diaries.

He writes that he found the Morrison prints most interesting and suggests they receive conservation treatment at the earliest opportunity. He also advises regarding "the painting on the wall in the hall".
