1971

• Letter from I.K. Orchardson, Registrar, SOAS, to Diane Crawford, Secretary, Royal Asiatic Society, to enclose a copy of the Forlong Fund Accounts and Estimates and to inform of the current student, Miss K. Rakpongse, recipient of the award. The Accounts are with the letter. Typed, 2 pieces, dated 21 May 1971.
• Letter from I.K. Orchardson to Diane Crawford to return the money for the third term of Miss Rakpongse as she was only paid for two terms. Typed, 1 piece, dated 25 August 1971.

1972

• Letter from I.K. Orchardson to Diane Crawford to enclose a copy of the Forlong Fund Accounts and Estimates and to inform of further money available for the printing and publishing of Okell's "Guide to the Romanisation of Burmese". 1976

• Letter from J.T. Bishop to Diane Crawford to inform that Mrs Soar was awarded a grant from the D.E.S. and therefore has not taken up the Forlong Award. He also encloses a copy of the accounts and estimates for 1974-75. This is with the letter. Typed, 2 pieces, dated 30 January 1976.
• Letter from J.T. Bishop to Diane Crawford to inform that the Forlong Committee are recommending a scholarship for Mrs L.M. Finn. Typed, 1 piece, dated 12 March 1976.

• Letter from Diane Crawford to J.T. Bishop to inform that Council has approved the scholarship to Miss Nicholls. Typed, 1 piece, dated 20 April 1977.
• Letter from J.T. Bishop to Diane Crawford to inform that the Committee is recommending an increase in the value of the Scholarship to £600. He also enclose a copy of the accounts and estimates as well as a letter received from Professor Snellgrove concerning possible financial help for the Forlong Fund.
