The Minutes of the Editorial Board 2000-2003. These are computer printed material pasted into a lined A5 notebook with a red hardcover.

Throughout the period of the Editorial Board the President of the Society chaired the Committee. These were Richard Winstedt, Gerard Clauson, Sir Harold Bailey, and Charles Beckingham. The Publications Committee was chaired either by the President or the Director. These were J. Burton-Page, B.W. Robinson, A.D.H. Bivar, Stuart Simmonds, K.A. Ballhatchet, and Charles Beckingham again.

They also considered the prizes such as the Barwiss-Holliday Fund and the George Staunton Prize for articles and theses.
