Scope and content
Letter from Archibald Campbell to Brian Houghton Hodgson in which Campbell writes that the Society agrees about having Alcock on the Deputation if the time will suit him. However the Secretary does not want the Society to reprint Hodgson's Trade Paper. Campbell does not, as yet, know the time of the Deputation. He has promised to be at the William Taylor Lecture on the evening of the 25th and also to take 2 of the girls to the Exhibition on the same day. He asks if they may call at Hodgson's around 5pm. Handwritten, 1 piece, 3 sides, with accompanying envelope. Dated 18 April, 1873.
