              The Minutes for the Meetings of the Events and House Committee from 18 September 1997 to 8 May 2003. There is also a part of the Council Minutes for 12 June 1997 recording the formation of the Events and House Committee. These minutes are computer printed material which have been glued into a A4 ruled "Cambridge" notebook with blue cover on which has been affixed the label "Events and House Committee".
              There is also an individual 'Minute of the Lecture Committee Meeting' for the 4 May 1988.
