Correspondence between the Royal Asiatic Society and Fine Books Oriental concerning a catalogue for the offprints of the Society's Journal. The file contains both agreements and correspondence between the two parties as well as internal communication within the Royal Asiatic Society and administrative documents concerning preparation for a launch party for the catalogue. The correspondents include Valery Gibson and Gordon Calver for the Royal Asiatic Society and J.I. Somers for Fine Books Oriental. During this period Fine Books Oriental came under the Luzac's umbrella but continued to act independently.

The move of the Society from Queen's Gardens necessitated the sale of some furniture and curtains. It also includes a Catalogue for Christie's Auction of Furniture and Decorative Objects held on 11 October 2005, when some of the Society's furniture was in the sale.
