These Papers consists of letters sent by orientalists and literary figures to Bernard Quaritch, mainly concerning the obtaining or selling of oriental literature.

He then complains regarding a comment that Quaritch had forwarded made by Mr Schultz Wilson's who had commented on the commercial statistics of his poem, Rubáiyát of Omar Khayyám. He has also been upset by a personal notice published in America and hopes that nothing similar would be published in England. Handwritten, 3 sides, dated 4 February 1876.
