Certificate of Honorary Membership of Die Geographische Gesellschaft in Mϋnchen, authenticated by giving of this diploma. Printed material with handwritten date, 29 April 1909, and signatures of President, Dr. Erik von Drygalsk (1865-1949) and Secretary, Johann Baptist Messerschmitt (1861-1912). The association was founded in 1869 under the protectorate of the governing royal house in Munich. It is the oldest of the three Geographical Societies in Bavaria and was the fifth Geographical Society in Central Europe

Diploma given by the Royal Scottish Geographical Society to M.Aurel Stein to confer on him the position of Honorary Fellow of the Society. Printed Material, dated 22 February 1910 and signed by President, James Geikie; Acting Secretary, George G. Chisholm; and Honorary Secretaries, Ralph Richardson and John Ian Bartholomew.
