Letter from Hugh Richardson to Fleming Mackenzie from Gangtok, Sikkim, dated 23 October 1949. He writes that the Tibetan Sentences and Words books are both unprocurable and suggests Mackenzie may be able to get a copy from the Tibet Mirror Press which also has further books to distribute. Richardson may have some books at home but doesn't expect to be on leave for another year. He writes about the political state of Sikkim and his fears for Chinese takeover of Tibet.
