Sim, Madras Civil Service, in which he thanks Mr Sim and Mr Wollaston, Secretary of the Royal Asiatic Society, for their acknowledgment of his donation. He understands that it will not be used for the original purpose for which he sent it but is glad of the nature and beneficial purpose to which it will be put. Handwritten, 2 sides dated 6 November 1901.

Letter from G.N. [Gyputenab], Maharajah Gajapatti Rao (probably Maharajah Goday Narayana Gajapthi Rao) to Mr H.A. Sim, Madras Civil Service, in which he replies that he is in agreement concerning the use of his donation for the Essay prize. Handwritten, 2 sides, dated 10 November 1901.

Dated to 1907 it includes the First, Second and third Schedules. Handwritten, signed, parchment document, bound with simple tape binding. Dated 17 December 1907.
