Letter from Norman Mosley Penzer to send a copy of the Minutes of Second Committee Meeting at which Lord Chalmers was elected chairman. Penzer writes that at the next meeting the design of the medal will be decided.

Letter from Norman Mosley Penzer to Reginald Campbell-Thompson in which he recounts that the second committee meeting went well. Penzer is out of a job and therefore asks for his expenses. Penzer's book is progressing slowly and should be out before Christmas. There is an annotation by Campbell-Thompson to record he sent Penzer a pound by cheque on October 12th 1922.
