Letter from W.L. Raynes, Clerk to the Trust, to C.A. Storey, India Office Library, to inform of a forthcoming Trustees' Meeting on 16 May 1933. Business includes consideration of the financial position of the Trust, and reports on present and proposed publications.

"Minutes of Annual Meeting of the Trustees held at 90, Regent Street Cambridge on Saturday 26th May, 1934". Matters discussed included the death of trustee Mr Guy le Strange; the finances of the Trust; publications including the Index to Yaqut, Tarikhi Guzida, Nawaqif of Niffari, Hudud al-'Alam, Index to Bayhaqi, Ta'rikh-i-Jahan-Gushay of Juwayni, and Volume III of Kitab al-Awraq of al-Suli; and the clerk's salary.

Matters discussed included the financial interactions of the Trust; the possible publication of Mathnawi Vol. VII, Kashfu'l-Mahjub, Tabaqat Ush-Shu-ara, Life of Tamerlaine. Also reports on stock levels of current publications and requests for supply of publications; and the Clerk's salary.

"Minutes of the Annual Meeting of the Trustees held at 90 & 92 Regent Street, Cambridge on Saturday 22nd May 1937." Matters discussed included the financial report of the Trust; current and possible future publications; and payment of Clerks' salaries and printing costs to Oxford University Press.

Letter from W.L. Raynes, Clerk to the Trust, to C.A. Storey to inform Storey that he has retrieved the copy Minute Book from the Administrator of Ellis' estate (see GMT/2/2/22). He also informs Storey that Ellis' library has not gone to the States. Ellis' nephew is asking for help in the valuation and the separation of manuscripts from books.

Letter from C.A. Storey to W.L. Raynes in reply to Raynes letter (GMT/1/3/6). He is glad the minute book has been retrieved. Storey does not know who could undertake the cataloguing of the 11000 books belonging to Ellis but suggests it is desirable to consult Nicholson. He writes of hearing of 6000 in the library of a British Arabist had been acquired by a library at Philadelphia but realising this was not the Ellis volumes.
