He further writes whether Storey could examine some so-called odd parcels at Heffer's warehouse to see what they contain.

Storey to inform Storey that Dr Levy will edit a translation and notes of Ma'ālim al-Qurba fi Akhām al-Hisba by Ibn al-Ikhwa, a manuscript of which is in the Bodleian Library. Mr Levy has asked that the Trust pay the cost for rotographs needed to undertake this work and Raynes asks if Storey agrees to this expenditure. On the reverse of the letter are some mathematical calculations.
