Allen in which Higgens informs Allen that he is not yet finished with the translation of the full text but could possibly let Allen have a translation of the notes on the text though he doesn't think the notes are useful without the text itself. Allen has added a note on the letter saying to ring Higgens when he is in London to say he is not in hurry to get the translation since he is busy with other business matters. Dated: 14 July 1964.
