He provides an agenda and asks that a representative be delegated.

Letter from Sir Harold Bailey to President, Royal Asiatic Society, to enclose a letter from Professor Morgenstierne, President of the International Union of Orientalists. The copy of the letter from Morgenstierne is with this letter concerning whether Denis Sinor is retaining his British citizenship or if a new representative will have to be found and to provide details of the activities of the Union.
