The will is written in Marathi with title in English in a different hand. The will lists the people and charities who should be benefactors and include Nana Fadnavis' promise to undertake Madhu Rao's wishes.

It is unclear whether this manuscript was created by H.H. Wilson or copied at a later date. The notebook is only partially filled.
