He gives details of people he would like to receive copies. He regrets he will not be at the Council Meeting and is glad that Armstrong will be able to come as his guest to the Dinner of the Shikar Club. Dated: 28 October 1970.

Allen also tells Armstrong of his meeting Australian millionaire Sir John Galvin who has a keen interest in North East Pacific, publishing books he finds of note through a publishing house he owns in California. Allen suggests that should Armstrong have material to be published that he approach Galvin. Dated: 23 June 1970.
