The series contains the report of the Selection Committee, biographical details of Ralph Pinder-Wilson and the lecturer, Warwick Ball, and copies of emails concerning the conferment of the Award.

Accessions Registers, Lists and Correspondence concerning acquisitions to the Society from 2010 to current date. At present only some registers and lists have been transferred to the archives. Correspondence and lists in use are maintained within the records management of the Society.

A Special General Meeting was held on 15 April 2010 to consider amendments to the current Byelaws of the Society. The associated material is:

• Correspondence and documentation between the Los Angeles County Museum of Art and the Royal Asiatic Society concerning the loan of items for the exhibition, 'Gifts of the Sultan: The Arts of Giving at the Islamic Courts'. This was a version of the exhibition held at the Asia Society. Typed and computer printed, 39 pieces, dated 8 December 2009 - 13 January 2012.
