The journal contains maps of Siam and the neighbouring countries, Java, plan of Petchaburi, Cambodia and Cochinchina, plan of the park of Angkor, ground plan of Angkor Wat and longitudinal section of Angkor Wat. There are also the notes of his journey to a "Himpse of the Pampas", the West & East coasts of the Gulf of Siam, Ayutthaya, Chiangmai, Bangkok-Singapore, Java, Petchaburi, Lopburi, Cambodia & Cochinchina, and Toongmisung.
