Report from David Lang to the Members of the Hakluyt Society Council in which David Lang lays out the reasons for withdrawing as editor and referee to Allen's volumes 'Russian Embassies to Georgian Kings'. Lang cites differences between himself and Terence Armstrong mainly surrounding corrections suggested by Lang which were ignored by Armstrong and that Armstrong revealed his identity as a referee to Allen. Dated: 1 October 1969.
