Identification Notification of Candidate, Albert John Chapman sent by J.E.A. Joliff, Fellow of Keble College, Oxford. Typed and handwritten with printed letterhead, dated 21 September 1938. Further note in Hoysted's hand that "Mr Chapman informed 11.11.38".
