Letter from Norman Mosley Penzer to Miss Sykes to inform her that at a special committee meeting of the Burton Memorial Fund on 10th January it was resolved that after the die for the triennial medal had been purchased, then the Memorial fund balance and responsibility for the Medal is to be handed over to the Royal Asiatic Society.

He writes that 15000 copies of the appeal leaflet will be printed. He encloses the latest Committee List and he requests for circulars to be distributed to dons and antiquaries at Oxford.
