West Edward William 1824-1905The Papers of Edward William West reflect his interest in Pahlavi language and Zoroastrianism. The majority are handwritten notebooks and other manuscripts in which he did his work. These often have many inserts. There are also loose handwritten notes, some correspondence and some printed material.

Blue-green patterned soft cover, bound book with handwritten annotations and some handwritten inserts. On inside of the cover is written "Pahlavi text, The Datistan-i Dinik - partially corrected by E.W. West". The text was finally published by Anklesaria's son in 1910.
West Edward William 1824-1905Letter from Tehmuras Dinshaji Anklesaria to Edward William West in which Tehmuras addresses some questions and thoughts he has about the collation of a copy of the Bundehesh he encountered in Persia. With the letter are several transcriptions:
