Letter from Leo S. Chang, Peking University, to Angus Graham to tell of his plans to attend the seminars and dinner arranged by Henry Rosemont in honour of Graham. He also thanks Graham for reading the initial manuscript of "The Philosophical Foundation of Han Fei's Political Theory" and the suggestions that Graham made. Chang writes of a Mr Liu Xiao-gan who wishes to meet Graham and of the research work they plan to do together.
