Letter from Henry Guerlac, Director, Society for the Humanities, Cornell University, to Angus Graham as his formal letter of appointment as a Senior Fellow of the Society for the Humanities. He provides the dates of the appointment and the grant he will receive. He will be expected to give formal seminars and informal teaching and he will be expected to be present from the week of September 4-9.

Graham spent much of his academic career at the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London. He held some visiting fellowships within his tenure there and after his retirement held several posts at universities in many locations. This series contains material connected with his appointments.
