Persian Literature: A Bio-bibliographical Survey Volume II was divided into 3 parts. Only the first of these was published within Storey's lifetime. After the Royal Asiatic Society received Storey's bequest it was decided to continue publishing his volumes. They employed Mrs Ann Walsh to undertake the work supervised by James Douglas Pearson (Part 2) and G.M. Meredith -Owens (Part 3). The parts were published:

• Vol. II, pt. 2. E. Medicine (prepared for publication by Ann Walsh and J. D. Pearson), London: Luzac and Co., 1971 [pp. 193-346]
• Vol. II, pt. 3. F. Encyclopaedias and Miscellanies; G. Arts and Crafts; H. Science; J. Occult Arts (prepared for publication by Ann Walsh, with the assistance of G. M. Meredith-Owens), Leiden: Brill, 1977 [pp. 347-499]

The archival material in this series is concerned with the preparation and publication of this volume.

Persian Literature: A Bio-bibliographical Survey Volume II, Part 1 was published in 1958. The archival material associated with this part is:

• Persian Literature: A Bio-bibliographical Survey Volume II Part 1, printed proofs with handwritten annotations, pp. i-xlix, 1-80.
• Persian Literature: A Bio-bibliographical Survey Volume II Part 1, printed proofs with handwritten annotations, bound within a soft copy on which has been noted 'Some unprinted additions been inserted in this copy', pp. 1-67.
• 'Additions and corrections to PL II/1' - handwritten notes compiled from Storey's notes in his copy of Part 1. Compiled by Ann Walsh, December 1970.

Persian Literature: A Bio-bibliographical Survey Volume II Part 2 was published after Storey's death using material he had created. it was compiled by Ann Walsh with supervision by James Douglas Pearson. The archival material is:

• Volume entries - handwritten notes created by Storey and edited by Walsh for some of the entries in the Volume.
• Manuscript lists - handwritten and typed lists of manuscripts to be included in the publication, ordered alphabetically by location, collection or catalogue.
• Index list - handwritten lists of authors.
• Proof pages - printed proof copy of the publication with handwritten annotation. With the proofs is a compliment slip from Stephen Austin and Sons Ltd., Foreign and General Printers.

Persian Literature: A Bio-bibliographical Survey Volume II, Part 3 was published in 1977 using original material created by Storey. It was compiled by Ann Walsh under the supervision of G.M. Meredith-Owens. The archival material associated with this publication is:

• Volume entries - handwritten entries for the Volume, created by Storey and annotated by Walsh.
• Xerox copies of some of the entries for the Volume.
• Duplicate and unused handwritten notes as identified by Ann Walsh.
• Indices of authors and titles - typed, created by Ann Walsh.
• Lists of location of manuscripts - handwritten, created by Ann Walsh.

Persian Literature: A Bio-bibliographical Survey Volume III was also divided in 3 parts. None of these were published in Storey's lifetime. Part 1 was published in 1984; Part 2 was published in 1990; and Part 3 was published digitally with the other parts by Brill in 2021. The parts cover:
