Lancaster, Director, India Office Library and Records, to respond to her suggestion of a London site for an International Symposium on the Bicentenary of the Asiatic Society of Bengal. As part of the 175th Anniversary celebrations a lecture was held at the British Library. Given by Dr. Barbara Brend it was entitled "The Book of Kings: The Juki Shahnama of the Royal Asiatic Society". This material is concerned with the organising and advertising of this lecture.
