The 1996 January-February (volume II, number 1) issue of 'Cambodia Report', a publication by the Preah Sihanouk Raj Academy, for which Collins worked as Senior Researcher from 1995 to 1997. This issue contains extracts from several fields reports by the research teams at the Academy, written as part of the Interdisciplinary Research on Ethnic Groups in Cambodia (IREGC) project. Collins was the Research Coordinator of the IREGC project and co-editor for this issue, which features his article entitled 'Relations between the Cham and the Cambodian Highlanders'.

This document is developed in connection to the project, as a resource for legal professionals and as the basis of a subsequent East Timor legal dictionary. A self-published work by William Augustus Collins, entitled 'Wander Years: A Memoir of Travel from 1961 to 1964'. The memoir is 286 pages long and is a personal account of the author's travels in Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and Australia and the Pacific during his formative years. Sem títuloA typed manuscript of the Master’s thesis of Collins. Entitled "An Investigation into the Division of the Chams in Two Regions", it explores the Cham people in Indochina. The thesis was submitted in partial satisfaction of the requirements for the degree of Master of Arts in Asian Studies, in the Graduate Division of the University of California, Berkeley, in 1966. The thesis is 77 pages and is preceded by the title, dedication and index pages.
Sem títuloDraft publication entitled 'The Muslims of Cambodia', which explores the early and modern history of the Cambodian Muslim community, their ethnic and religious identity, as well as the ethnic relations among Cham, Vietnamese and Khmer in Cambodia after World War II. The document is 122 pages long and a digital version is available in PDF. The report was later published in 'Ethnic Groups of Cambodia' by the Center for Advanced Study in Phnom Penh in 2009.
