              A smaller piece of card and paper pasted onto a sheet of folscap paper. The first is an impression of what is believed to be a coin found in front of Cave No. 7 in November 1852, with a brief explanatory note dated January 1853. The second is a letter dated to approximately June 1853 sent from Henry West to a Dr. Wilson containing a copy short inscription from Kanheri.

              The addressee is most likely John Wilson, once President of the Bombay Asiatic Society, Bombay Cave Temple Commission and lobbyist for the Archaeological Survey of India. This is indicated to on the folder list; 'Dr. J. Wilson'.

              An envelope containing three folded sheets of impressions of Pahlavi inscriptions of Cave No. 66 at Kanheri. Two appear to have been taken by Walter West on his visit to the caves between December 27th and 29th 1870, while the third seems to be an earlier one taken by Edward William West which has been checked and notated by W. West latterly.

              Three pencil and ink drawings of pilaster ornaments from Caves No. 37, 69 and 76. The drawings are date 18th May 1862, included however is a note on the similarity of ornamentation between Cave No. 37 and pilasters at Cave No. 59 which is dated 1st July 1863. Scale is 2 ft. to an inch.
