Letter from Colonel Hoysted to N.M. Penzer concerning a bookcase on sale at Sotheby's which could be bought to house the Burton Collection. Typed, dated 14 November 1938. Also reply from N.M. Penzer concerning his dismay that the RAS had muddled the transaction but that anyway he had left a bid for the bookcase. Handwritten on a postcard, dated 16 November 1938.
